Shreveport to Alexandria Movers

The Shreveport to Alexandria route trades the I-20 interstate for old US-71 south, tracing the Red River curve through Natchitoches and crossing into Pineville before dropping onto Alexandria’s east bank. It is one of the more scenic central-Louisiana runs we book, and the only one where Phil routinely lets the crew take the lunch break at the Cane River.

We leave the Greenwood Road yard, jump on I-49 south to clear Mansfield, then slide onto US-71 for the Red River parishes. The corridor is two-lane in stretches, slower than an interstate hop, but it puts the truck directly into Pineville without an Alexandria bypass detour.
