Damages & claims
Note any visible damage on the bill of lading before crews leave. Submit a written claim to [email protected] inside nine months per FMCSA rules. Ben investigates every claim personally.
Storage
Climate-controlled storage at the Greenwood Road bay is billed monthly. First month due on intake. A-Class is not responsible for losses caused by undisclosed hazardous contents (paint, propane, lithium batteries above 100Wh).
