The dorm-move special
Our $295 four-hour dorm rate covers two W-2 movers, a 16-foot truck, mattress bag, blanket pad on every wood surface, and bin loan for closet contents. It is built for a single dorm room or a sub-700-sq-ft studio, not a 2BR townhouse. Honest scope, honest price.
Off-campus apartments
Centenary off-campus, South Highlands four-plex, Bossier garden-style. our Shreveport-Bossier crews know which buildings let trucks park at the leasing office and which want the service-road entrance. The $425 one-bedroom flat covers most ground-floor jobs end-to-end.
Mid-month lease-break protocol
Centenary grad students and Louisiana Tech transfers don’t always move on the first. Mid-month lease-break moves get the same hourly rate, and Lori in dispatch coordinates with the landlord so move-out and key-drop happen on the same day. That keeps your deposit intact.
What is not included
Apartment flat-rates assume one-elevator-or-two-flight access. Long carries from a back lot, U-Haul-trailer hookup, and overnight in-truck holds get quoted separately. Last-minute August 1 calls at the $295 rate require day-of availability we can’t always guarantee in peak week.
