Dorm-cycle storage
Half of our summer storage is student-cycle: Centenary off-campus mid-May out, LSU-Shreveport graduate-housing transfers, Louisiana Tech Ruston students riding the summer back home. $189/month flat from May through August and the same crew that loads in May unloads in August.
Between-home gap storage
Sold the Highland bungalow but closing on the Bossier ranch is two weeks out? LD shipment back from Dallas without a destination yet? We pad-wrap at load, store at the bay, and re-deliver on 48-hour notice. The truck stays in the family.
What goes into a vault
Each five-by-seven vault holds roughly a one-bedroom load. Larger households palletize on the warehouse floor in a sectioned-off area. Inventory sheets get photographed at intake and again at re-load. You sign both.
What is not included
The storage rate does not include the inbound or outbound move — those bill at the standard $129/hr or the relevant flat. We do not store hazardous materials, perishable food, live plants, ammunition, or anything requiring refrigeration. Cold-weather items and high-humidity-sensitive art get the climate section by default.
